Presentation Style

There will be no "on-site presentations" this year.
Only "Recorded video presentation via webcast" will be available.
Presentation time is limited to 5 minutes per presentation.
The presentation must be recorded in a PowerPoint file and converted to a video file (mp4) .
Presentation data must be submitted in advance. (Scheduled until the end of September)
Submitted presentation videos will be available on youtube.
The presentation data will be posted on the web site of the conference, and participants will be free to view it for a certain period of time.

Confirmation, correction, deletion

You can "Review, Modify and Delete" your registration during the registration period.
You can modify your abstract during the registration period. Please use the registration number and password provided to you to modify your abstract.
Please note that no modifications will be accepted after the deadline.

About Adoption

Please leave the selection of the program and presentation format to the conference secretariat.
The results of acceptance or rejection will be posted on this page at a later date. No separate notification will be made.
