Registration period

Early registration: January 10 (Wed) - March 29 (Thu), 2018

Regular and Onsite registration: March 30 (Fri) - May 1(Tue), 2018

After May 1(Tue), 2018, registration will only be accepted at the venue.

Method of payment: Either credit card or postal transfer

If you have selected credit card payment at the time of application, the payment can be settled automatically once your registration is completed.
Please note that all the input data cannot be changed if you have selected credit card payment.
Please note that the statement of description on the credit card statement will be "IAP CONFERENCE SERVICE".
If credit card payment is not available, please select postal transfer and write "willing to pay at the venue on the day of entry" in the remarks column.

※If payment is not made by the deadline (・Early registration: April 5(Thu), 2018 ・Regular and Onsite registration: May 7(Mon), 2018), preliminary registration will be cancelled. Registration for the Annual Meeting and social event will be accepted on-site at the meeting venue.

※Registration fee can be waived for invited speakers.
